4 years later....... Four years later in 2015 we were in Panama; the draw of 2.3 million raptors seen flying over Panama city in ONE DAY the year before in 2014 was too strong; we had to go, and although we knew we would not see 2.3 million, I knew we'd see an awful lot. The highest count was 1.12 million while we were there. One snapshot of the phenomenal numbers of 1.12 million raptors in one day to pass over Panama city 26th October 2015   Its a must do thing to do if you're a birder.   While we were there, Gamboa rainforest had to sampled. We flushed an Osprey out of the nearby trees while checking out a Tiger Heron at the side of a pool.........       It could have been Diwali !!!
